Dell PowerEdge T440 adalah server tower 5U dengan kedalaman sekitar 57 cm dan suara kerja yang tenang, sehingga cocok ditempatkan di kantor maupun ruang server kecil. Berat maksimumnya 29,3 kg untuk sasis 8 drive 3,5 inci. Konfigurasi ini memakai satu prosesor Intel Xeon Silver 4210 dengan 10 core dan 20 thread, frekuensi dasar 2,20 GHz hingga 3,20 GHz, serta cache 13,75 MB. Memori terpasang 8 GB DDR4 RDIMM ECC yang bekerja hingga 2400 MT/s. Penyimpanan bawaan berupa HDD NL-SAS 2 TB yang dikelola kontroler RAID PERC H330, dilengkapi drive DVD-RW.
